What is Rational Rose? Rational Rose is UML software. Rational Rose is one of the software used to create the design of object-oriented systems or so-called Unified Modeling Language (UML). Functions contained in Rational Rose is a design process, generate code, reverse engineering and some other functions.
Rational Rose was made by Paul Levy and Mike Devlin in 1981 to provide tools to expand the use of modern software engineering practices. This software was first released in 1985.
To create a Rational Rose file, you just double-click the shortcut that is after you install. At the initial appearance, appeared several options like jdk-116, jdk-12, jenterprise, etc.. The option is used to select the file if you want to make. It is used when you later will generate a code after making the system design.
